Clerk’s Assistant — One of our more powerful services, Clerk’s Assistant is an integrated package of software products that will make the task of preparing and distributing public meeting agendas, minutes and supporting documents far easier and faster than you can imagine, saving your staff hours of time before each meeting.  The module includes our Meeting Builder, Minutes-in-Minutes, PaperlessPacket and PacketPrinter features.  The software can be linked seamlessly with your pubic entity’s existing website, and will automatically display agendas and minutes on your site once they’re approved. Residents and the media can sign up to receive automatic email alerts as soon as the agendas and minutes are posted. Clerk’s Assistant includes a print utility that lets you – with just a few keystrokes – print and collate your entire meeting packet, as well as the extra copies of agendas, resolutions and other documents you need to have at the meeting for members of the public.

Our Boards and Commissions module enables you to maintain an on-line list of the various boards and commissions in your municipality, including a description of each board and its responsibilities, annual meeting schedules, and a list of each board’s members and their terms of office.  Like all InfoLoop software, the lists display automatically on your existing website.  Your residents can sign up to be alerted when a vacancy becomes available so that they can submit their qualifications and be considered for an appointment.  This module is intergrated with Clerk’s Assistant to enable the staffs of your boards and commissions to use the Meeting Builder and other time-saving modules.
